Whether it is a neighbourhood shop or the park situated a few meters away from your house, no place is safe or immune to attacks on unsuspecting persons especially women. Every day we come across barbaric acts of violence and brutality against innocent victims whose only mistake is to be ‘At the wrong place-at the Wrong time’.
Although, it is a duty of every citizen of the country to help fight such immoral and ruthless acts of felony in our vicinity, it is far easier for women to be aware of common situations and scenarios that can put their safety at risk. This way, they can be pro-active and avoid the circumstance of an attack. As rightly said, ‘Prevention is always better than Cure’- a list of common threats are given below that will help you beware of the risks and thus avoid them!
