Child Neglect - A Serious Threat

 The increase in the number of crimes involving children either as victims or criminals themselves has brought a very important and relevant question to the forefront – Why do children become prone to such threats in the first place or why do children get attracted towards the dark and dangerous world of crime and violence?

 

After a lot of research and extensive study of child behaviour all over the world, it was confirmed that proper attention and devoted time are the most critical factors which decide the overall personality (or the lack of it!) among children of all age groups.
