Emotional Health - Coping with grief and loss

The biggest pain in life is losing your loved one. No grief is more painful than this. A man can stand any pain life but the fact of losing their love sometimes kills them internally. There is no particular way of reacting towards the grievances, but one can surely cope up with it which absolutely depends on individual. Generally grief is defined as the emotional feeling on any near and dear one’s death, but grievances are not restricted to anybody’s death only. Loss of anything can cause grief which can be:

 ·       Serious illness of loved one
 ·         Retirement 
·         Miscarriage
 ·         Divorce
 ·         Death of an animal/pet
 ·         Loss of a job
 ·         Losing health
 ·         Losing a friend
 ·         Selling of house
